Sunil Prajapat of the family says that they are originally from Jodhpur new road area. His grandfather Mangilal Prajapat used to work to make bidi in Jodhpur earlier. When there was difficulty in running the house, he worked here in a confectionery. But at that time he did not get so much salary that he could run well. In such a situation, at the behest of his familiar Tikaram and Laxminarayan, he left Jodhpur in the year 1967 and came to Roht. Put tea here. Due to the highway, the trucks used to stay here at religious places.
Truck drawer demanded the idea in mind again
Tulsiram Prajapat says that the truck people used to come and go on his tea. One day a truck driver told Dada that he also needs breakfast along with tea, so keep a breakfast. On the demand of the customer, he thought of making a breakfast which is also affordable in the rate and its taste is also the most unique. In Jodhpur, flavors like onion Kachori, Mogar Kachori, Mirchi Bada were the most liked at that time. At that time, Dada prepared such a kachori, whose size was as big as onion kachori, but did not add onion and garlic to it. In 1968, he started selling on T-Stall. Gradually, this kachori started to be liked so that the flavor climbed on the tongue of the people.
Secret spices recipe
Tulsiram says- After the death of Dada Mangilal Prajapat on 22 September 2003, father Prahlada Prajapat took over his legacy. After the father’s death in the year 2020, now three brothers of the third generation Sunil, Tulsiram and Vinod Prajapat are delivering the same taste to the people. Tulsiram Prajapat says that this kachori was prepared by his grandfather with a secret spice. Usually, whole lentils are used in lentils. But they used to grind the lentils and put it in the spices. Apart from this, a mixture of many spices makes it so wonderful, that the eater does not remain without praising.
Dada’s recipe, which still kept bold
Actually, Mogar is finely crushed so that Mogar’s grains do not come in the mouth during food. Do not reuse oil repeatedly. Make it in peanut oil.
