The operator of the shop, Suresh Chandra Rathore, says that he adopts a different way to make ice prepared from special ax rabri. First, they prepare rabri with pure milk. After this, in the ax, snow is broken by the machine and puts it finely. Then add light syrup to it and mix with rabri spoon. By keeping the nuts from above, they give it to the customers, in which a flavored syrup is also added. Due to this, there is a different aroma in the snow which attracts people and draws towards this ice.
