Chhatarpur Famous Sweet: People of Chhatarpur district are fond of eating the most milk sweets. Therefore, most milk sweets are made in the district. A similar dessert made of milk is Khurchan. Which is made from pure milk. Its taste has been tasted from the common man to PM Modi.

The owner of the shop Gaurav Jadia says that Khurchan is made from pure milk. The quantity of scratching depends on the purity of milk. If the milk is pure, then at least one and a half grams of scratch in one kilo of milk. It takes hard work to make it. For which the milk is first boiled on a very low flame in iron pan.
It would have been boiled until the milk is finished in the pan. This milk slowly sticks to the pan, then the layer is removed by layer by layer, which is called Khurcha. Sugar is used in small amounts in the scratch. If someone demands sugar free, then it is also prepared separately.
Khurchan has its own distinct identity in sweets. The taste of Khurchan is excellent, due to this, from PM Modi to Shivraj Singh and many ministers and politicians like Khurchan. There are some old shops here where even today the same taste of Khurchan is found in Khurcha of 100 years ago. There is no scope for adulteration anywhere.
In the small streets of Chhatarpur, this shop is still operating in the same old style. Gaurav Jadia, the operator of the shop, says that his shop is 100 years old and he is being made for 3 generations. The demand for Khran here is even abroad.
There is also a demand for cracking in Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Indore and abroad. PM Modi has also tasted Khurchan and has become admired. He has mentioned Khurchan in many of his speeches.
Khurchan currently gets Rs 600. Its sweetness extends far and wide. There is no adulteration in Khurchan, it is absolutely pure.
Recently, when PM Modi came to Bageshwar Dham, Khurchan was sent from Chhatarpur. The demand for Khran here is in many cities of the country. Many NRIs order on orders.
