To make fish you will need the following ingredients:- 500 grams of fish- 2 tablespoons oil- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste- 1 tbsp of onion paste- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder- 1 teaspoon coriander powder- 1 teaspoon cumin powder- 1 teaspoon cumin powder- 1 spoon cumin powder- 1 spoon garam masala powder-1 teaspoon powder-1 teaspoon pudding-tastes-1 teaspoon puddy-pudding-red pepper-pudding-red pepper-pudding-1 teaspoon. A mixture of 2 tablespoons coriander leaves and mint leaf.
First of all wash the fish thoroughly and let it dry. Then add turmeric, salt and a little ginger paste and mix well. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the fish mixed in it.
Masala preparation method
Grind cumin and mustard in a grinder jar and grind it. Then add onion, garlic and other spices and grind it. Take out this paste in a separate pot. And heat oil in a pan and apply mustard and dry chili tempering in it. Then add ground spices and fry it well. When the oil starts releasing oil from the spices, add the fryed fish to it. Fry many of the gustic fish in the spices and cook for a while. Then serve hot by sprinkling coriander leaves in it, you can serve it with rice or roti.
