It is very easy to make dal bati churma in the house
Dal Bati Churma is the traditional dish of Rajasthan, which is popular throughout India due to its good taste. It is a very good combination of sour sweet taste. There is a belief among most people that it is very difficult to make dal baati churma, but through a special recipe you will be able to know that it is very easy to make dal baati churma at home.

Know step by step recipe
1- To make the baati, add 300 grams of thick wheat flour in 1 vessel, add 1/4 cup of swollen, 1 teaspoon celery, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 cup desi ghee and mix the entire mixture well. Put water in the mixture and do not prepare too tight nor too loose flour. Keep the dough covered for 20 minutes.

02- After 20 minutes, spice the made flour with light hands. Give him the shape of baati according to your own. Pre -heat the baati oven on a low flame for 5 minutes on a low flame, now keep the boats made in it and apply a lid and turn over the medium flame and take a shake well. After becoming a baati, take it out of the oven and put it in desi ghee.

03- To make Panchratna Dal, wash the five pulses thoroughly and put it in the cooker and add 2 glasses of water to it, now add salt and 1/2 teaspoon turmeric as per taste and close the cooker and keep it for 20 minutes to swell the lentils. After 20 minutes, offer the lentils till 2 whistles on the gas. Keep the lentils to cool down.

04- To fry the lentils, add 4 teaspoons of desi ghee in a pan and heat it well. Cut 1 teaspoon cumin, 2 pinch of asafetida, 3 green chillies, cut 7 garlic buds and tighten the pumpkin of 2 inch ginger. Now put all the things in hot ghee. Cook it until it turns red, now cut 1 big onion mahin mahin and fry it till it becomes furious.

05- Add 1/4 teaspoon of fennel powder, 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder and 1/2 teaspoon garam masala to this mixture and fry it by adding a little water till the tomato melts well. Add boiled lentils to the entire made fry mixture and cook well. To apply splash in the lentils, put 3 teaspoons of desi ghee in a pan and heat it well, now put 1/2 teaspoon cumin, 3 dry red chilli and 1/2 teaspoon of Kashmiri chilli and turn off the gas immediately. Now put this splash on top of the lentils.

06- To make churma, break 5 made bats and grind them lightly in a grinder. Take it out in a vessel, add 1/4 bowl of Bhura sugar and add 1/2 bowl of coconut sawdust. Cut the almonds and add raisins to it, now add 1/2 bowl of hot ghee. Now mix it well. Remove the churma made in a bowl and garnish with cashew almonds. Give the remaining mixture with the help of hands and garnish almonds on top.
