How to make healthy millet biscuits at home
To make millet biscuits, first freshly ground millet flour should be taken, because more than a week the dough becomes bitter. Mix about one hundred and fifty grams of native ghee in half a kilo of millet flour and rub it well. Boil two hundred grams of sugar in a glass of water and prepare the solution and when it remains lukewarm, then slowly knead a little hard dough while mixing it in the dough. If the biscuits are to be made a little soft, use milk instead of water. Make sugar solution in milk and knead the dough. If you want, you can also grind the nuts and mix it in the flour. Together, adding a pinch of salt enhances the taste. If the biscuits are to be made in the cooker, do not add salt, because biscuits are cooked with a layer of salt in the cooker. Then cut the biscuit with a small lid or cookie cutter. If these devices are not there, a square can also be given a square. Finally, press and paste the biscuits in white sesame and bake.
