How to prepare
People are also fond of ice cream during the summer season. If the mango add is added in this ice cream, then what is the matter. If the taste of both is found together, then the fun is different. Let us know how to prepare the common Kulfi. For this, special material is not required, usually everything is found in the kitchen itself.
First of all, take milk. Offer 1 liter of milk to boil. When it starts boiling well, then you add a tea spoon custard powder to it. If there is no custard powder, you can use milk powder. This thickens the milk quickly. If both of them are not there, then it does not matter.
When the milk starts thickening, then add sugar according to your taste. You can add about 100 grams of sugar to 1 liter. Cardamom can also be added to taste. When this milk becomes thick well, take it off.
Now whatever is common with you, put it in light water and heat it, this will easily get out of its pulp. After boiling, take out the mangoes in a bowl and grind it in a grinder.
When the milk cools down completely, keep in mind that it should not be a little hot, then add the mangoes powdered to it. Now fill this mixture in a glass or kulfi mold and keep the fridge freezing for about 6 hours, so that it freezes well. After this you taste it. After eating it, you will forget to eat ice cream outside.
