To make this laddus, you need dates, almonds, cashews, pistachios, walnuts and raisins. To enhance the taste, add ghee or oil, a little honey and if you want, add cardamom powder. All the ingredients are easily found in the kitchen of the house.

First of all, heat ghee in a pan and fry all the chopped fruits in it till it becomes light golden. When the fragrance starts spreading, the nuts are ready. These roasted fruits will give laddus a special taste and kind.

Now add chopped dates and raisins and mix well. Date sweetness and raisins juicyness together with fruits give natural sweetness to laddus. There is absolutely no need to add sugar to it.

Now add one teaspoon of honey to this mixture and cook for a minute. Honey not only enhances taste but is also beneficial for health. This laddus are taken care of both health and taste on the festival.
