GST stall operator Om Sinha told Local 18 that earlier he used to sell vegetables, but wanting to do something new, he watched a video of Katori Chaat on YouTube, which inspired him to start his own chaat stall, but he was in a dilemma regarding the name of the stall. In such a situation, after the recent cut in GST by the government, the word GST was much discussed, so he named his stall GST, which means hot tasty tapri.
Know the price of GST Chaat
Shopkeeper Om told that at his place the highest demand is for Katori Chaat and his customers can try the tasty Kotri Chaat for Rs 30, which is especially served in a crunchy bowl. To make it, first a crunchy bowl is prepared from semolina and flour, after which boiled potatoes, green and sweet chutney, salt, chola, dry mango powder, special spices, tomato, onion, sev and curd are added to the bowl and it is beautifully garnished and served to the customer.
People eat 100 plates
At the same time, 70 to 100 plates of chaat are consumed daily at his stall. This shop is open daily from 3 pm to 10 pm. Saddam Ansari, a customer who came to the shop to eat a bowl of chaat, said that he got to try some new item for the first time in Bokaro, whose taste is very tasty and wonderful.
