Full Cream Milk – 1 liter
Vinegar (vinegar) – 4 to 5 teaspoons
Water – a small amount (to mix in vinegar)
Brown sugar or jaggery – 1 cup (equal quantity)
Water – 3 cups (to make sugar syrup)
Creation
Tear the milk and make cheese: First of all, boil the milk in a heavy fried pot. As soon as the milk starts boiling, add vinegar and water solution to it. Milk will start bursting and chhena will be separated. Now turn off the gas.
Sieve the cheese and cool: Sieve the torn milk in muslin or massee cloth. Now wash the cheese with cold water so that the smell of vinegar comes out. Squeeze it well and remove its extra water and hang it for 30 minutes.
