Satna: It is not possible to mention the rainy season in Baghelkhand and there is no talk of Komadhauri acquit. Speaking to Local 18, local resident Meena Dwivedi says that Komdhauri is built in the month of October-November and is used throughout the year except for summer. It is eaten by mixing both lentils, kadhi and vegetables.

Traditional method
To make this acquitted, first urad dal is soaked in water overnight. Grind it in the morning, pumpkin is taken out in Gorni and its water is taken out. Then in the ground lentils, the pumpkin, green chillies, doda, cardamom, black pepper, fourth leaves, excessive amounts of ginger and asafoetida are added. This mixture is thrown until the water descends up, it makes the acquitted soft and tasty.

Uses throughout the year after drying in the sun

This mixture is kept in small parts and kept in the sun for 10 to 15 days to dry. It is stored in a tight compartment when it is completely dried. Whenever needed, it can be frying it in oil or on low flame and put in lentils or vegetables.
