Sanjeet Gupta further states that the Balushahi here is different from the balushahi of other places. The main reason for this is the water here. Here, the ground water makes the chasni with water and kneading the flour. Which increases its taste. Even if the artisans who make sand in this market, even if they go out, make such a taste. The special thing is that the Balushahi here is very crispy. Due to which it also looks light stagnant. It is well liked due to its taste and color form.

Sushant Soni, a resident of Darya village to buy Balushahi in Bazar, says that Balushahi of Ichak Bazaar of Hazaribagh is the most different. Whenever you have to come home due to some reason, they definitely taste it.
