Required material for Sattu’s paratha:
Wheat flour – 2 cups
Salt – as per taste
A little oil or ghee – to knead
Sattu Masala for Stuffing
Sattu – 1 cup
Finely chopped onion – 1
Garlic finely chopped buds-3-4
Green Chilli – 1 (Finely chopped)
Coriander leaves – a handful of folded
Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
Pickle spice – 1 tsp (that’s that special thing)
Celery – 1/2 teaspoon
Salt – as per taste
First of all knead the dough. Prepare a soft flour well by adding a little salt and oil to the flour. Cover it for 15-20 minutes so that it is set.
Now prepare Sattu stuffing. Put sattu in a bowl and onion, garlic, green chillies, lemon juice, salt, celery and the most important pickle of pickle.
Heat the griddle and add some ghee or oil to it and bake crisp from both sides.
