Sattu paratha recipe: Sattu is a traditional superfood, which is rich in protein and fiber. Especially in summer, its intake is considered to be cool and strength to the body. Required material for Sattu’s paratha:
Wheat flour – 2 cups
Salt – as per taste
A little oil or ghee – to knead
Sattu Masala for Stuffing
Sattu – 1 cup
Finely chopped onion – 1
Garlic finely chopped buds-3-4
Green Chilli – 1 (Finely chopped)
Coriander leaves – a handful of folded
Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
Pickle spice – 1 tsp (that’s that special thing)
Celery – 1/2 teaspoon
Salt – as per taste

Method of preparation:

First of all knead the dough. Prepare a soft flour well by adding a little salt and oil to the flour. Cover it for 15-20 minutes so that it is set.

Now prepare Sattu stuffing. Put sattu in a bowl and onion, garlic, green chillies, lemon juice, salt, celery and the most important pickle of pickle.

Now make dough balls, roll them and fill them in Sattu stuffing. Roll the paratha with a light hand so that the stuffing does not come out.

Heat the griddle and add some ghee or oil to it and bake crisp from both sides.

After this, you can serve Sattu parathas with curd, mango pickle or chili sauce. They are perfect for morning breakfast, as well as can be given in tiffin. Children will become crazy about them, and will also feel like making you again and again.
