In the rain, when some indigenous and strength gives sweet food, then jaggery, peanut and sesame roll barfi is a great dessert. It can be easily made in low material at home.

To make this barfi, you need 250 grams of jaggery grated, 1 cup of roasted and sprinkled peanuts, half cup roasted sesame, 2 teaspoons desi ghee and half teaspoon of cardamom powder. Just preparation is done.

Coarsely grind the peanuts so that there is crispness in the food. Fry the sesame slightly on the pan and keep both things separate. Their native taste will not only give strength to the body in the rain, but will also protect it from the cold.

Put two spoons of ghee in a pan and as soon as the ghee becomes hot, add grated jaggery to it. Now keep stirring it continuously on low heat until the jaggery melts completely and becomes light thick. The delicious sugar syrup will be ready in just one or two minutes.

Add coarsely peanut, roasted sesame and cardamom powder to the jaggery syrup. Now mix them well so that every material gets wrapped in jaggery well. Then turn off the gas. In this rainy season, the fragrance of this desi sweets will give the whole house smell.

Apply a little ghee in a plate and lubricate it. Then put the prepared mixture in it and let it cool lightly. When the mixture starts to freeze slightly, then give it a roll shape by hand or with the help of a cylinder. When it becomes a bit hard, then cut it into the desired shape. Your desi roll Barfi is ready, which can be eaten for special taste and health in the rain.

When the roll becomes a bit hard, cut it in the shape of your choice with a knife. Take your desi, powerful and taste-rich groundnut roll barfi. In the rainy season, eat it with tea or with such fun and give the body a lot of taste with energy.
