Step by step recipe for making dumpling
- Materials (for kneading)
- Flour – 2 cups
- Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
- Hot water (for soft flour) – 3/4 cup or
- Cold water (for chewing texture) – 3/4 cup
- Oil – 1 teaspoon
Method to knead dough
1. Mix maida and salt in a bowl.
2. Now add water slowly and knead the dough soft or hard (as you want).
3. Cover the dough with a wet cloth and keep it for 30 minutes.
4. After resting, make small dough dough dough and make thin rotis.
Ingredients (for filling – vegetable)
Car cabbage grated – 1 cup
Carrot grated – 1/2 cup
Green onion finely chopped – 1/2 cup
Ginger-garlic paste-1 tsp
Soya Sauce – 1 tsp

Salt – as per taste
Oil – 1 teaspoon
For method filling
1. First add salt to all chopped vegetables and keep separate for 30 minutes.

3. Now add soy sauce, ginger-garlic paste, black pepper and some oil to the remaining vegetables.

1. Take the prepared bread in hand, keep 1 teaspoon of stuff in the middle.
2. Make pleats and seal it well while turning the edges.
3. Now if you want, you can steam them, fry lightly on the pan or put it in a soup.
Way to steam
Boil water in a steamer. Place a lubricated plate in it and put dumplings on it. Steam for 10-12 minutes until it is transparent and cooked.
