Make healthy fermented cheese at home

– Full Fat Milk – 1 liter
– Curd or buttermilk – 2 tablespoons (for starter culture)
– Salt – As per taste
– Cheesecloth/ muslin cloth

Method of preparation:
1. First heat the milk lightly and add curd or buttermilk to it.
2. Cover this mixture and keep it in a warm place for 10-12 hours so that it becomes a firm.
3. When it freezes like curd, then put it in muslin cloth and filter it and keep a heavy object from above so that all the water comes out.
4. After 4-5 hours, when it becomes hard, add some salt to it and keep it in the fridge and store it for 1-2 days. Take your healthy, homemade firmly ready. Now you can eat it like salad, sandwich, or snack.
