Sugar – 1/3 cup
Cardamom Powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Cashew-Badam (Finely chopped)-2 tablespoons

How to make: Heat ghee in a pan, add mango pulp and cook for 4-5 minutes. Now add mawa and coconut boora and mix. Add sugar to it and cook until the mixture becomes thick. Mix cardamom powder and dry fruits, then let it cool down. Now put a little mixture in the mold of modak and give shape. If you want, you can make modak by hand without a mold. Keep it in the fridge for 10 minutes and serve.

How to make mango cheese cake
Children like cheese cakes very much. If there is a child in the house or a guest is coming, then you can make it at home with biscuits. There is also no need to baking to make it.

Material for mango cheese cake:
For the base:
Cresh biscuits – 1 cup
Melted butter – 1/4 cup

For cheese filling:
Cream cheese – 1 cup
Whipping Cream – 1 Cup
Mango Pulp – 1 Cup
Sugar – 1/3 cup
Gelatin or Aggar Egger – 1 teaspoon
Hot water – 1/4 cup

How to make: First of all, add melted butter in biscuit powder and prepare the base by pressing it in the cake tin. Keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes. Now dissolve the gelatin in hot water and let it cool. Make a batter by whipping cream cheese, mango pulp, sugar and whipping cream. Add the dissolved gelatin to it. Now put this mixture on the biscuit base and allow it to be set in the fridge for 4-6 hours or overnight. Garnish with mango slices or pulp from above.

Material for Mango Kesari:
Semolina (rava) – 1 cup
Mango pulp – 1 cup
Ghee-4-5 tablespoons
Water – 2 cups
Sugar – 1/2 cup (as per taste)
Saffron – Some threads (soaked in hot milk)
Cardamom Powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Dry fruits – for garnish

How to make: First of all, add 1 teaspoon of ghee in the pan and fry the semolina lightly. Now heat water and add saffron and mango pulp to it. Gently add these mixtures to the roasted semolina and keep stirring continuously so that kernels do not become. When the swollen water is absorbed, add sugar and also add ghee. Until the pudding starts to leave ghee, cook it for 5-7 minutes. Now add cardamom powder and dry fruits. Mango Kesari is ready, serve it hot.
