Children like to eat different types of toast. You can make healthy bread toast with the help of this fruit. For this, take 2 bread slices, cream cheese or peanut butter, thin slices of 1 shaftatu and some cinnamon powder. Now roast the bread on a pan. Apply cream cheese or peanut butter over it. Place slices of Shafatalu on it and sprinkle cinnamon powder on top. Healthy breakfast will be ready.
Jam will be easily made
Jam bread, paratha, roti can be eaten with everything. Jams sold in the market are not healthy and many artificial colors are also added to them. In such a situation, make jam easily from Shafatalu at home. For this, take 500 grams of Shafatalu, 300 grams of sugar, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 4 cups of water and 1 pinch of cinnamon powder. First of all, wash Shafatalu and peel it and cut it. Now add water to a pan and mix pieces of this fruit. It will become soft in 15 minutes. Now turn off the gas and cool it and mash it well. After this, take a vessel and add sugar-lemon and cook on medium flame. Keep stirring it in the middle. Add Shafatalu to it and cook it until it becomes thick. Add cinnamon to it. Now cool it and store it in a glass bottle.
