Flour dosa is also called Godhuma Dosa.According to Chef Pankaj, the flour dosa is also called Godhuma Dosa. Its specialty is that in it, potatoes are not filled inside like a spice dosa, but it is served together.

Serving: for 2-3 persons
Wheat flour – 1 cup
Rava – 1/4 cup
Salt – 1 tsp
Sugar – 1 teaspoon
Curd – 1/2 cup
Baking Soda – 1/2 teaspoon

Boiled Potatoes-5-6
Oil – 2 tablespoons
Rye – 1 tsp
Urad dal – 1 tsp
Chana dal – 1 tsp
Asafoetida – 1/4 teaspoon
Curry leaves-8-10
Big onion, chopped – 1
Ginger finely chopped – 1 tsp
Green chili finely chopped – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
