Materials required to make glowing
- Milk – 1 liter (full cream)
- Lemon juice – 2 tablespoons
- Water – 3 cups
- Chinese – 1 cup
- Saffron or cardamom powder – as per taste
- Rose water – 1 tsp (if you want)
- Pistachio or almonds – to decorate
How to make Chamcham Paneer?

1. Remove the chena in a plate and mash it thoroughly and soften it. The more mashed the more, the better it will be.
2. Now make small oval shape shells from it. If you want, you can also give light long shape.
Now prepare syrup

- 2. Keep the gas medium and let it cook for about 15-20 minutes.
- 3. Keep putting the syrup on the sphere with a spoon in the middle so that it is cooked well from everywhere.

When the Chamcham becomes well cooled, take it out in a serving plate. Sprinkle rose water on top and garnish with pistachios or almonds.
