  • 1. First wash the soaked moong dal thoroughly and add some water and grind it coarsely in the grinder.
  • 2. Now take out this paste in a bowl and add all the chopped vegetables, green chillies, ginger and spices to it.
  • 3. After mixing well, if you feel a little thick, then you can add 1-2 tablespoons of water.
