Boiled Potatoes – 2 medium sized
Rock salt – as per taste
Green chili – 1 finely chopped
Chopped coriander – 2 tablespoons
Ginger paste – 1 tsp
Ghee or peanut oil – to bake parathas
A little water – to knead

Method of making Kuttu Paratha

To make Kuttu Paratha, first of all, filter the flour of Kutu in a parat. Add boiled and mashed potatoes, rock salt, green chillies, coriander. Keep in mind that the dough is not very soft, otherwise it will be difficult to roll. Keep the dough in the same way as normal parathas are made.
