Malpua and Potato Vegetable Recipe

Essential material
- Flour – 1 cup
- Semolina – 2 tablespoons
- Milk – 1 cup
- Chinese – 1/2 cup
- Fennel – 1/2 teaspoon
- Ghee – to fry
- Water – as per need

- 1. Now heat ghee in the pan. Ghee medium should be hot, not too fast.
- 2. Take a mixture with a karachi and put it in the pan. The solution will automatically spread to round shape.
- 3. When one side becomes golden, then turn over and fry the other side too.
- 4. Similarly fry all the Malpu and remove it in a plate.

- Boiled Potatoes-4-5 (medium sized)
- Tomato – 2 (grated or puree)
- Green chili – 2 finely chopped
- Ginger – 1 teaspoon (grated)
- Cumin – 1/2 teaspoon
- Turmeric Powder – 1/2 teaspoon
- Red chili powder – 1/2 teaspoon
- Coriander powder – 1 tsp
- Salt – as per taste
- Green coriander – for garnish
- Oil – 2 tablespoons
