According to Chef Pankaj, Paneer Jalebi is a traditional Bengali dessert, known as Chher Jilipi. A thick solution of cheese and flour is prepared. It is then pipe in light hot oil and dumped in sugar syrup like jalebi. This is a quick and easier recipe, which is beautiful in appearance and wonderful in taste. You can make it on any festival or on any special occasion.

Paneer Jalebi Materials
Paneer – 250 grams
Flour – 1 cup
Baking Powder – ½ tsp
Corn Floor – 3 tablespoons
Red-orange food color-pinch
Milk – 4 tablespoons
For sugar syrup
Chinese – 1 cup
Water – 1 cup
Saffron – 10 fibers
Lemon juice – a few drops
Cardamom Powder – ½ tsp
Other:
Frying oil
Thin pieces of pistachios for decoration
