Method of making sevaiyan kheerMaterials required to make Sevaiyan Kheer
- Thin services – 1 cup
- Full Cream Milk – 1 liter
- Sugar – 3/4 cup (can do less as per taste)
- Ghee – 2 tablespoons
- Cardamom Powder – 1/2 teaspoon
- Almonds – 10 to 12 (cut)
- Cashew – 8 to 10 (cut)
- Raisins – 1 tbsp
- Pistachio – 6 to 7 (finely chopped)

Step by step easy recipe
First of all, heat ghee in a deep pan or nonstick pan. As soon as the ghee gets hot, add sevaiyan to it and fry it on a low flame till it becomes golden. Keep in mind that the sevaiis can be black when frying more and the color of kheer will also deteriorate.
2. Pour milk
Now slowly add full cream milk and keep stirring continuously so that the services do not stick together. Keep the gas on medium heat and let the milk boil for 8-10 minutes.

3. Sugar and cardamom
When the services start swelling, add sugar to it. After adding sugar, the kheer becomes slightly thin, so cook it for 5-7 minutes. Now add cardamom powder to it so that both flavor and fragrance increase.
Now add almonds, cashews and raisins to the kheer. If you want, keep some dry fruits for decoration. This causes the test of Kheer and rich.

5. Thickness
If you like kheer thick then cook it for 5-7 minutes. If you like a thin choice, turn off the gas on this stage.
