Essential ingredients of making lachcha paratha
Flour-1 cup
Milk- 1 cup
Ghee/Oil- 2-3 tablespoons
Salt- as per taste

To make Lachha Paratha at home, add wheat flour, maida to a mixing bowl. Then add a pinch of salt to the dough. After this, add a little milk to the dough and knead soft dough. After the dough is ready, cover it with cotton cloth and keep it to set for 20 minutes. Now make dough dough of dough. Then take a dough and apply dry flour palethan on it and roll it thick. After this, apply a little oil on it and spread it with a spoon and sprinkle a little dry flour. Then fold the belly roti like a paper. After this, grab the edge of the bread and pull them longer. Then roll the bread like Jalebi.
Now heat a nonstick griddle on gas. As long as the Tawa is getting hot, roll the prepared dough -like dough like a round paratha. After this, put it on the hot pan and roast from both sides. Pour oil on the edge of the paratha and apply oil on the upper surface as well. After this, turn the paratha. Lachcha paratha is to bake until golden brown from both sides. After this, take it off in the plate. Finally take the paratha and keep it in the middle of the palms and mash it. With this, all the layers made inside the paratha will start to appear separately.
