Ingredients required to make tomato soup:

Tomato (Medium/large size)-4-5
Beetroot (chopped) – 2 tablespoons
Flour or Corn Floor – 1 T Spoon
Whole Black Pepper-7-8 grains
Garlic buds (chopped)-2-3
Tejpatta – 1
Butter – 1/2 tablespoon
Sugar – 1 tsp
Salt – as per taste

Method of making tomato soup:

First of all, wash the tomatoes thoroughly and dry their water and cut it into large pieces. After this, wash the beetroot and cut it into small pieces. Now take a pressure cooker and add chopped tomatoes, beets, garlic, whole pepper and bay leaf. Then add about 1 to 1.5 cups of water and cover the cooker and let it cook on medium flame for 8 to 10 minutes. This will soften all materials well.

When the material gets cold, open the cooker and separate the bay leaf. Now grind the remaining ingredients well with the help of mixer or hand blender so that a smooth puree is ready. Now take a sieve and sieve this puree on it. Keep in mind that do not use more fine sieve so that the pulp also remains in the soup. This will make the soup thick and tasty.

Now heat the butter in a small pan and add corn floor to it and fry it lightly. After this, put it slowly in the tomato puree and keep stirring continuously so that no lumps are made. Now add salt, sugar and ½ cup of water as per taste and mix the mixture well and boil it on high flame for 5 minutes.
