These things are required to make Makhana Chaat
- Makhane – 2 cups
- Ghee – 1 teaspoon
- Onion (finely chopped) – 1/4 cup
- Tomato (finely chopped) – 1/4 cup
- Green chili (finely chopped) – 1
- Green coriander (finely chopped) – 2 teaspoons
- Roasted peanuts – 2 teaspoons
- Chaat Masala – 1 teaspoon
- Black salt – 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
- Yogurt-2-3 teaspoons
- Tamarind Chutney – 1 teaspoon (as per wish)
First step: Fry the makhanas
