Pizza made for the poor
The most important thing about this stall is that it is running it, a student of 12th arts, who is doing business with limited means. In a conversation with Local 18, Harshit said that he has seen that the price of a simple pizza in the market is from 99 to 100 rupees. In such a situation, poor people hesitate to shop for it. In view of this, he decided to open his own pizzastol, so that people of every class can enjoy tasty pizza for 30 rupees.
Pizza from 30 to 150 rupees is available on their stalls, where customers can try tasty pizza of 5 variety. They get wage and corn for 30 rupees, Magarita for 50 rupees, cheese and cheese, and pizza of 150 rupees mix variety. Harshit told that he has learned the method of making pizza from his cousin Raj, who runs a private pizza shop in Bokaro itself. After learning the process, today they are successfully operating pizza stalls.
This is how ready
Regarding the process of making the pizza, Harshit said that first pizza sauce and cream is applied on the bread, then fresh vegetables like tomatoes, onions, mushrooms and capsicum topping are inserted. It is cooked in the oven by adding cheese as per the need of the customer. Then finally by giving spices and sauce, hot pizza is served to customers.
12th students are happy
Harshit is currently studying in Arts 12th in class 12th. He goes to school at 7 in the morning and completes his studies from 3 pm, conducts pizza stalls from 4:30 pm to 9:30 pm and takes care of both work or studies. His next goal is to move his business further and also wants to study MBA in future.
