Ingredients required to make quick rabri:

To make this instant Rabri you need:
Milk – 2 big glasses
Bread slices – 3 (shore cut)
Sugar – 1 cup (in two parts)
Dry fruits – for garnishing (cashew, almond, pistachi etc.)

Easy method of making rabri:
First of all, start heating the milk in a deep bottom pan. After a slight boil in the milk, add about 2 teaspoons of sugar to it and leave it to cook on low flame. As long as the milk is cooking, you should prepare the bread at the same time.

Remove its brown edges with bread slices and use only white part. Now cut these bread pieces into small pieces and put it in a mixer grinder and prepare a good bread crumbs. Keep in mind that bread crumbs should be absolutely fine, so that they dissolve well in milk.

Now add this bread crumbs slowly in warm milk and mix it with a spoon. This mixture will begin to thicken in a few minutes. The special thing is that the taste of bread in this rabri will not be felt at all. Those who do not know, they will not even know that Rabri is made of bread.

Now make special colors like Rabri:
Now put the other sugar which you had preserved, put it in a separate pan and start cooking on low flame without adding water. The sugar will slowly start melting and will become light brown by caramelies. When it melts well and starts changing color, then immediately mix it in milk and bread mixtures. This will give Rabri a brilliant golden color, which looks like a traditional rabri. Allow the mixture to cook for a few more minutes until it becomes thick. After this, turn off the gas.
