Irani Chai making material-
Water – 1 cup
Tea Leaf – 2 tablespoons
Sugar – 2 to 3 tablespoons (as per taste)
Cardamom – 2 (Kuti)
Saffron – 4 to 5 threads (optional)
Cream – to put up
Step-by-step recipe-

Boil water and tea leaves
First of all, add a cup of water in a pan and add two teaspoons of tea leaves to it and boil it for 1 minute. Till the water color becomes darker, let it cook on low flame.
Also, place another pot on the gas and add two cups of milk to it and boil it on low flame. If you want, you can add cardamom and saffron. This increases both scent and taste in tea.
Mix milk and tea
After two to three minutes, when the milk boils well, mix it slowly in tea water. Now cook this mixture on low flame for 3 minutes so that the flavor and thickness of the tea comes well.
Now add sugar to taste and boil it for 2 more minutes. Keep in mind that Iranian tea is a little thick and creamy, so it is necessary to cook it well.
This is the way of serving
Now put the tea in the cup and serve it by adding cream on top. If you want to have real fun, serve it in a kulhar or earthen cup. This will increase its flavor even more.
