Oil – 2 to 3 tablespoons

Method of making gravy:

First of all, soak 10–12 cashews in hot water for 15 minutes, then grind them and make a smooth paste, now heat a little oil in the pan and fry some cashews in it till it becomes light golden, keep them out in a plate, keep them separate,

Now put some more oil in the same pan, then add cumin seeds to it and when it starts crackling, add finely chopped onion, fry the onion until it becomes light golden, then add ginger-garlic paste and green chillies and fry it well, now add tomato paste and add spices-turmeric, coriander powder and salt and mix it, the oils are mixed, the oils should be mixed. Now soak it and add ground cashew paste and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, then add 1/2 cup of water and let the gravy become slightly thick, now add cream and fryed cashews and mix.

Now add paneer cubes and mix with light hands so that the cheese is not broken, then add garam masala and green coriander on top, cover it and let it cook on low flame for 3–4 minutes so that all the tastes are mixed well.
