Black gram dosa material
Ginger cut into thin slices- 3 (½ in)
Green Chilli- 2
Garlic buds- 6-7
Cumin – 1 teaspoon
Salt- as per taste
Coriander leaf – a handful
Semolina-½ cup
Curd-4 cups
Curry Leaf- A branch
Water- 1 cup
Oil- to cook
Material for yogurt sauce
Garlic Burles- 5
Green Chilli- 2
Salt- a pinch
Cumin- 1 teaspoon
Mint- handful
Coriander leaf- a handful

Curd thick- 1 cup
Cucumber Small- 1
Mustard oil optional- 1 tbsp
First of all, put black gram in water and soak it for overnight. In the morning, put it in the grinder. Grind green chillies, ginger, cumin, garlic, a little salt, semolina, coriander leaves, curd, curry leaves and half a cup of water and grind it in a grinder. Put it in the bowl and leave it for 30 minutes.
