Condola (contoli) 250 grams, mustard oil-2 tablespoons, asafoetida- a pinch, cumin-1/2 teaspoons, turmeric powder- half teaspoon, coriander powder one teaspoon, red chili powder as per taste, mango powder half teaspoon, salt, salt as per taste.
1.. Cantola first wash it thoroughly. After that both sides thorns and then cut them into a very thin slight.

6. Keep in mind that cook on low flame for about 10-15 minutes. In between, keep shaking the vegetables with a crisis. After doing this for some time, the vegetable of Kandole will become soft and if it starts crisp from the shore, then you will understand that your vegetable is fully ready. In the last, you can add mango powder or lemon juice to it.
