Kandola (Kantola) is also one of them. It is also commonly called sweet bitter gourd. Its taste feels light bitter. To make this, you have to understand the special method. This vegetable is also beneficial in many diseases such as blood sugar control, stomach problem, helpful in weight loss, good for skin and hair. Apart from this, it also works for immunity booster.

It is very important to understand the quantity of essential things
Condola (contoli) 250 grams, mustard oil-2 tablespoons, asafoetida- a pinch, cumin-1/2 teaspoons, turmeric powder- half teaspoon, coriander powder one teaspoon, red chili powder as per taste, mango powder half teaspoon, salt, salt as per taste.

Recipe

1.. Cantola first wash it thoroughly. After that both sides thorns and then cut them into a very thin slight.
2 .. Then heat oil in a pan in gas, add a pinch of asafoetida and half a teaspoon of cumin seeds
3. After frying cumin seeds, add turmeric powder, coriander powder and red chili.
4. Run them for a few seconds in light flame so that the spices do not burn it fast.
5. Add chopped condole vegetables and mix the spices placed on the gas, add salt according to your taste after 5-6 minutes
6. Keep in mind that cook on low flame for about 10-15 minutes. In between, keep shaking the vegetables with a crisis. After doing this for some time, the vegetable of Kandole will become soft and if it starts crisp from the shore, then you will understand that your vegetable is fully ready. In the last, you can add mango powder or lemon juice to it.
