Material for making Lachha Paratha
-Bhun flour or maida (or mix of both): 2 cups
-Meed: As per taste
-Sachine: 1 teaspoon
-Lell or Ghee: 2 tablespoons
-The water (as needed)
-Excess oil or ghee to bang

Way to prepare dough
1. First add flour, salt and sugar to a large bowl and mix well.
2. Add 2 teaspoons of oil or ghee to it and mix it by hand.
3. Now knead the dough slowly by adding lukewarm water. The dough should neither be very strict nor very loose.
4. Cover the prepared dough with a wet cloth and keep it for at least 30 minutes.
5. After this, make a round ball by taking a part of the dough and roll it very thin with the help of a cylinder.

The real fun of Lacha Paratha is in his layers. You can use one of these methods to make layers.

Method 2: Cut strips and roll rolls
1. Apply ghee or oil on the rolled flour and sprinkle a little dry flour.
2. Now cut it into several straps perpendicular.
3. Make a long rope rolling these strips together and then wrap it round and give the shape of the ball.
4. Seal it lightly by pressing it lightly.

Method of baking paratha

1. Roll the prepared shell with light hand. Keep in mind, do not press too much or else the layers will deteriorate.
2. Heat a griddle or pan and add paratha.
3. Keep turning in a short time and bake on both sides with oil or ghee.
4. When the paratha becomes golden and crisp, take it off the pan.

Way to serve
