The ingredients required to make Lachha Paratha-

13- Gently collect all these strips together and make a long roll and now prepare the dough by twisting this roll and press the end ends downwards.

14- Press the dough with light hands and then roll it with very light hands, but keep in mind that do not put too much pressure, otherwise the layers will stick together and the paratha will deteriorate.

15- Now heat a griddle and add this roti and flip it and bake it with oil or ghee. You can serve it with the desired thing.
