Children’s recipes to make dosa from rice
To make this recipe, you will need some basic things, which are present in almost every house.
-1 cup cooked rice
-1 cup semolina
-Adh cup yogurt
-1 cup water
-Adle teaspoon salt
-Adh teaspoon baking soda
-to cook oil or ghee
1. First of all, add the remaining rice, semolina, curd and water in the grinder and make a smooth paste.
2. Take out this batter in a big pot and cover it and keep it for about 15 minutes so that the semolina swells well.
3. When the time is over, remove the lid and beat the batter well.
4. Now add half a teaspoon of baking soda and salt to it and whisk again.
5. Heat non-stick griddle and when the griddle is well heated, sprinkle light water on it and cool it.
6. Now put the batter on the pan and spread it round and round.
7. By applying light oil or ghee on the two, bake it till it becomes golden brown and crispy.
8. When the dosa starts leaving from the edges, take it out in a plate.
Serve with hot rice dosa coconut chutney, tomato sauce or sambar. If you want, it can also be eaten with green chillies and coriander chutney.
