Biria’s vegetable recipe
To make biria vegetable, first boil the potatoes and remove their peel. Fry the dry biria lightly in a little mustard oil so that it becomes crispy. Grind onion, as well as mustard, garlic, ginger and other spices that are in the house, use them. Heat the oil in the pan, fry the whole cumin, whole mustard, red chillies, and sharp leaves. Add ground spices to it and fry it well, then add boiled potatoes and fry well. According to the people who are eating, add water and let a boil come. Then add roasted biria with greens. Biria’s vegetable is ready. Enjoy the taste of greens without season and household vegetables during the rainy season.
