Restaurant Style Chile Potato
Material:
- Potato Fingers – 3 cups (half boiled)
- Oil – to fry
- Cornfallor – 2 Tsp
- Garlic, Ginger, Green Chilli – Finely chopped
- White part of green onion – @ cup
- Tomato Catchup – 1 tablespoon
- Red Chili Sauce – 1 TableSpoon
- Soya Sauce – 1 Tspoon
- Salt – as per taste
Method:
- Deep fry the potatoes and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, ginger, green chillies and fry.
- Add all the sauce and mix.
- Add fryed potatoes and toss well.
- Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
Jhakas Style Chile Potato
Material:
- Potatoes – 5
- Onion – 1
- Capsicum – 1
- Green Chilli – 2
- Cornfallor – 2 Tsp
- Vinegar – 1 teaspoon
- Chile Sauce – ½ teaspoon
- Tomato Sauce-2-3 Tsp
- Soya Sauce – 1 teaspoon
- Salt, red chili powder – as per taste
Method:
- Peel the potatoes and cut it long and fry.
- Heat oil in a pan, add onion, capsicum, green chili.
- Add all sauce and spices.
- Add fried potatoes and mix well.
- Serve hot.
Honey chile potato
Material:
- Potatoes – 2
- Capsicum – 1
- Green onion – 1
- Onion – 1
- Soy sauce, chili sauce, tomato sauce – as required
- Salt, red chili powder – as per taste
- Vinegar – 1 teaspoon
- Flour – as required
Method:
- Cut the potatoes and keep it in water for half an hour.
- Fry until golden.
- Heat oil in a pan, add onion and capsicum.
- Add all the sauce and spices, add some water.
- Add fried potatoes and toss.
