Offer Chocolate Modak to Bappa on Ganesh Chaturthi. These modak children and elders, made of dark chocolate, condensed milk, biscuit powder and cashew-almond powder, will be liked by children and elders.

Easy Chocolate Modak Recipe
Chocolate modak (For 10–12 modak)

Dark Chocolate / Milk Chocolate – 1 cup (in severed pieces)

Condensed milk – 1/2 cup
-
cocoa powder – 1 table spoon (elective)

Biscuit powder -1/2 cup (Marie or Parle-G)

Cashew-Badam powder – 2 table spoon
-
Ghee – 1 tsp
-
Modak mold (mold) – If available
Method of preparation (Chocolate Modak Recipe)
1. Prepare the mixture,

First of all, add 1 tsp ghee in a pan.

Add chocolate to it and on low flame Double boiler method Or melt on straight low flame.

When the chocolate melts completely, add condensed milk to it and mix well.
2. Enter dry ingredients,

Now add biscuit powder, cashew-almond powder and cocoa powder (if you want to add).

Cook on low flame for 2–3 minutes, until the mixture becomes light thick and binding.

Turn off the gas and allow the mixture to cool.
3. Make modak,

When the mixture becomes light warm (handled), then fill it slightly in modak mold.

Press well and then take it out of the mold.
Make small lemon -shaped dough and give a sharp shape on the top of the hand. By practicing a little, you can make beautiful modaks without mold.
Offer way to offer,
Say this mantra while offering to Lord Ganesha:
“Om Gan Ganpate Namah”
Then distribute Modak as offerings.

You can also make a variety by mixing coconut powder with chocolate.
