  • Oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Salt – as per taste
  • Cumin – ½ tsp
  • Rye – 1 tsp
  • A pinch of asafoetida
Method:

  1. Grind garlic and red chili in a mixer.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin and asafoetida.
  3. Add ground chutney and fry for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Store when cooled.

Recipe 3: Spicy Garlic Chutney

Material:

  • Garlic – 25 buds
  • Cumin – 4 tsp
  • Whole red chili – 4
  • Coriander powder – ½ tsp
  • Salt – ½ tsp
Method:

  1. Put all the ingredients in the mixer and grind it coarsely.
  2. Add a little water so that the sauce becomes thick.
  3. Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the sauce for 2 minutes.
  4. Store when cooled.
