First of all wash the brinjal thoroughly and wipe, then put 2-3 incisions in the middle. This will let you know that your brinjal is not raw from inside. Also, brinjal cooks quickly. Now open the incision slightly and keep green chillies and garlic inside. This is a desi way of making chokha. Now we will apply light oil all around the brinjal, then we will fry brinjal and tomatoes well on gas. Keep baking them by turning them out.

Now keep the roasted brinjal and tomatoes to cool down. In this way, prepare the dough for litti. For this, 2 cups of wheat flour, half a teaspoon of salt, 2 teaspoons of ghee in a parat. Putting ghee will make your litti crispy. Now add some water and prepare tight flour. When the dough becomes very tight, cover it with a muslin cloth and keep it set for 10 minutes. As long as our flour will be set, we will make Sattu.

To make sattu, 2 cups of sattu, 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic, 1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger, 2 finely chopped green chillies, 1 fine chopped garlic, half chopped onion, half a lemon juice, half a small spoon of celery, half a small spoon of fennel, 2 tablespoons of mustard oil. Now if you have a spice of lemon or chili pickle, then you can mix it in Sattu, this will taste further. Now add salt from above. After adding all the ingredients, you will mash it well with hands.

Now our sattu, flour and roasted brinjal and tomato are ready. Now first of all, we will make a dough of medium size. Now we will start stuffing the prepared Sattu in the dough. Pressing the dough and stuffing 1 teaspoon of Sattu in it. Then closing the dough and giving it a round shape. Now we will start cooking the litti. For this, first of all, you burn fire with a dung made of cow dung in iron or earthen bors. When the fire decreases, the litti will put it on it and keep turning in the middle, so that the litti cooks from all sides. Your litti will be ready in 10-15 minutes.

After making litti, we will start becoming a chokha. For this, first of all, put roasted brinjal, tomato, green chillies and 2 buds of garlic in a bowl. Now we will mash it well. Now add raw garlic, finely chopped half onion, half a teaspoon chopped ginger, 2 small size finely chopped green chillies, salt as per taste, half a teaspoon mustard oil and 1 teaspoon chopped coriander in the last and mash it well.
