Method of preparation (Steps):
Step 1: Soaking and grinding bread
Break stale rotis into pieces.
Soak them in hot milk (1 cup) for 10-15 minutes.
Then grind in a grinder and make a thick paste.
Step 2: Start cooking
Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan.
Now add a paste of bread to it and start frying on low flame.
Gradually add the remaining milk (1 cup) and keep stirring.
Step 3: Sweetness and Taste
When the mixture becomes slightly thick, add sugar to it.
Also add cardamom powder.
Cook it while stirring continuously until this mixture becomes uniform and slightly freezing (10-12 minutes).
Step 4: Setting
Lubricate a plate or tray with ghee.
Spread the prepared mixture in it and add chopped dry fruits from above.
Allow to cool (keep 30-40 minutes in the fridge).
Step 5: Cut and serve
Now cut it into desired shape and serve it.
