Recipe of Shejwan Chutney
Material:
Garlic buds 10-12 (chopped)
Green chili 4-5 (finely chopped)
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Tomato Sauce / Tomato Puree 2 Tbsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 teaspoon
Salt taste
Chinese 1 teaspoon
Oil 2 tbsp
Water 1/4 cup
Corn Floor (Cornstarch) 1 tsp (water mixed)
Green onion (for decoration) a little bit
Method of preparation:
Heat oil in the pan.
First of all, add chopped garlic and green chillies and fry it on medium flame till it turns golden.
Add tomato puree or tomato sauce, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Pour the corn floor mixed with water slowly and keep stirring continuously with a spoon so that the sauce becomes thick.
Garnish by adding green onions on top.
If you like more spicy then you can increase the amount of green chillies.
Serve it with fried rice, Manchurian, noodles or grilled snacks.
