The spices you need to add 5 kg mango pickle are as follows: 50 grams red chilli, 300 grams of salt, 100 grams ground coriander, 50 grams fennel, 100 grams turmeric, 100 grams of turmeric, 100 grams of mustard seeds, 50 grams garam masala, 100 grams fenugreek, and 100 grams ground coriander. Mix all these spices and add it to mangoes and prepare pickles.
