Method of making makhana kheer
1. Heat the ghee in a pan and fry it by adding makhana.

4. Add makhane, almonds, cashews, raisins and cardamom powder to the milk.
5. Add sugar as per taste and cook.
6. Cook the kheer until thick and then turn off the gas.
