To easily make velvet cheese at home, first soak almonds in water for overnight. Use only fresh and soft cheese to enhance the taste of vegetable. Now cut the onion and prepare a paste of ginger-garlic. Now heat the oil in a pan and add finely chopped onion and ginger-garlic paste and fry it. Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes and put it in the mixer jar. Add soaked almonds to it and grind both together and prepare a paste. On the other hand, onion and ginger garlic paste should also be stirred while frying. When the onion color turns golden brown, add almond-tomato paste and mix. Then add coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric and mix properly and let the gravy cook.

When all the spices of gravy are roasted well, add a bowl of water, sugar and salt according to taste. When the gravy boils again, add cheese pieces and let the vegetable cook. During this time slow down the flame of the gas. Cook the vegetable until gravy oil starts leaving. After this, turn off the gas. In this way, velvet cheese vegetable is ready. Now you can serve it with naan, paratha or roti.
