Milk: 1/2 liter
Chinese: 2 tablespoons
For syrup:
Chinese: 1 cup (200 grams)
Water: 1/2 cup
Lemon juice: 2-3 drops
Cardamom: 2-3
Rose water: 1 tsp
Ghee: 4 teaspoons
Snow pieces: 3-4
Milk: 1/2 cup
Flour: 1 cup
Besan: 1 tablespoon
Lemon juice: 1 teaspoon
Dry fruits, saffron, and silver work for decoration

Boil milk in a pan. Add sugar to it and cook the milk until it becomes thick. Let it cool down and keep it in the fridge.
Prepare syrup:
Put sugar and water in a pan and heat it. When the sugar dissolves completely, add lemon juice, cardamom and rose water to it. Cook the syrup to the stability of a wire.
To prepare the batter, mix ghee and ice pieces in a mixer jar and mix. Then add milk and mix again. Now slowly add maida and gram flour to it. Make it a thin batter by adding cold water together. Add lemon juice and take it out in a steel vessel and keep it in a cold water vessel.
Heat ghee or refined oil in a deep pot. Fill the batter in a sauce bottle and slowly pour into ghee. To make round ghevar, keep putting the batter in a certain pattern. Fry the ghevar until golden and then take it out on the sieve.
