Material (for 4 parathas):

2 cup wheat flour

1 cup fresh cheese (mashed)

1 teaspoon red chili powder

1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

1/2 teaspoon cumin powder

2 green chillies (finely chopped)

1 teaspoon coriander powder

2 table spoon green coriander (finely chopped)

1 teaspoon mango powder or lemon juice (to taste)

Salt taste

To bake oil or ghee paratha

Water (to knee dough)

Method of preparation:

Step 1: Dough knead
Add some salt to the wheat flour.

Knead a soft dough by adding some water.

Cover the dough and keep it for 10 minutes.

Step 2: Prepare Paneer Stuffing

Add red chili, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, green chillies, coriander, mango powder and salt to the mashed cheese and mix well.

Step 3: Paratha rolling
Make small dough balls.

Roll each dough a little and fill the mixture of cheese in the middle of it.

Close the edges well so that the stuff does not come out.

Now press it again and roll it again, keep in mind that the paratha does not get ripped.

Step 4: Bake
Heat the pan.

Pour the paratha on the pan and bake on medium heat.

Apply ghee or oil from both sides and cook till it becomes golden and crisp.

Method of serving:

Serve hot-hot cheese paratha with curd, pickle or tomato sauce.

For children, you can also give it without raw onion and green chutney.

Tips:

Do not make the cheese too spicy so that children can eat easily.

You can also add slightly grated carrots or peas to healthy variety.

Do not put too much griddle, cook on medium heat so that it becomes soft from inside and crisp from outside.
