Now put a cup of mustard oil in a pan and heat it. When the oil becomes well heated, then slow down the gas and put all the spices in it. If the spices roast lightly, add all the chopped vegetables and carry.

It is necessary to add 2 tablespoons of sugar to it because the mild sweetness in the mix pickle adds taste. Turn off the gas by mixing everything well and let the pickle cool down.
